  • Kay Con Leche Studio provides creative and design services. Service details such as scope, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables may be outlined in separate agreements or contracts.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to the terms in a signed agreement.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other platforms).

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Coaching Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed or same-day cancellations may be charged in full. Refunds are not typically offered once a session has taken place.

  • Creative Services: Refunds are not issued once work has begun, as time and resources are committed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us directly to discuss options.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our websites and services — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and digital materials — belongs to Kay Con Leche Co. unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
